Character Creation in Sui Generis

Just a bit curious about our character's background; will it be customizable, fixed, or will it be left up to our imagination? I apologize if this has been asked but I couldn't find anything on this. I personally would prefer to be able to customize my character's background, even in a limited fashion, but I would understand if they made it fixed for story or gameplay reasons.

The thing i'm curious about in Character Creation is if we can customize our characters faces.

It would be nice to get extended character creation options, ideally past just cosmetic choices.

For now I think the only additional things that were confirmed is that we'll be able to choose a main school of thaumaturgy for the character and get more hair styles / beards to choose from.
