Sending private messages?

I can't work out how to send a PM lol. Am I missing something?!

You used to be able to send someone a private message by clicking on someone's name and there was an option for it. It now seems to be missing. Same with leaving a comment on someone's profile page. It used to be an option that is now missing.

I "followed" you to see if it would give me the option to PM you to no avail. Still no option. Wonder if the devs are doing some upgrades to the forums?
