About your claim that magic is badly done in many games - I wanted to suggest you to try Magicka (the first one, not the upcoming Wizard wars). It system for casting is very entertaining, even more so in coop mulitplayer :P

Zdenka will gove most of the money - how I understood it the kickstarter was more about convincing him that interest for the game exists. I think I've read about 6 or 7 millions coming from him (don't ask me where I've read that, but I'm sure I have :p).

Well iguess it would still be OK with guards uniforms - my guess would be that they were made to fit on an average person, since they (probably) wouldn't order a complete new armor for every new guard. Though i guess that some armors are more "forgiving" than others in terms of not fitting...
