then, since I obtained the game I can pop up there? I used steam, well how do I link my steam account to this one in order to check out things there?

If you are referring to the Insider Forums then only members who originally helped crowdfund Sui Generis at a certain tier level have access to it. The only way to gain access now is if one of the devs send you a personal invite.
