They should get it all sorted out soon for you (as far as I'm aware it is a manual process) but if you think it's taken too long you could try emailing [email protected]

Uh, I assume sending them email is still the right course of action? I know the guys are swamped with work, but does anybody know how long does it take for them to answer?

Sending them an e-mail directly seems to be the best course of action, and they usually respond in a day or two.

Posted here because I thought I didn't have insider access, but in fact I do have access. It showed up a few minutes after I registered.

Now I can't find a delete button for my post. Sorry for the newbie question, but how do I delete a post on this forum? Most forums have an obvious X button.

@inclining thats weird, you got the insider ribbon so you should see it. Try contacting @Brendan (or email [email protected]) and see if he can help.
