Interesting album on soldiers' inventories from 1066-2014

Now I can't check it for accuracy myself, but I thought they were nice pictures worth sharing, as you can see all kinds of equipment individually. It appeared on Buzzfeed about 2-3 days after it appeared on most other websites, though it was properly sourced for once.

The album makes the source clear, but the photographer's website is found here. The Imgur album was just easier to navigate.

Some of it is bound to be accurate, other stuff only partially so and somethings are probably guesswork. Eitherway it's a nice picture composition and makes for a fun comparison.
