Some Glitches I Found

Okay so I found some weirdness. I'll post seperate videos for each one. For the first one my shield got stuck in the door with the door fully closed.

Another strange thing happened to me when I was exploring the map. I was going back and forth from area 2 and 3 until suddenly instead of area 3 loading it was just this black screen and my torch going berserk. It reminds me of when your character gets stuck on objects and gets hurled, like I was caught under the map or something and my character was being flung up and down.
