I'm thinking we'll have to invent some creative dual-wielding challenges when the next update comes out!
And how about the left-hander version of the Water-Dancing-Master-Challenge? Only execute attacks with the weapon in your left hand. Use a very short weapon in the right hand (assuming that you need something in your right hand to equip something in your left hand) so that it can't parry very well.
