My clepto-pile

Inspired by the other guys who did this, I was curious as to how the engine would cope with this amount of stuff, so I did my own run :D

As i got near the end, everything was moving in super slow-motion. I could place a whole pile of stuff in the air before any of it hit the ground :)
I also started getting some collision error messages from time to time, forcing me to reload the game.

What was the FPS when that pile was n the ground?
around 5.. It's in the picture :) This was with everything maxed out, except super sampling on medium. If I turn everything down it goes up to 12 FPS.

The image updates faster the actual game though. It's ok as long as i leave the pile alone, but if i poke it everything turns to slowmotion.
As a side note, when carrying all that junk, it took 15-20 seconds to open the inventory the first time after loading the game.

Lol. Nice test :p

Btw. leave everything on max but super sampling. The game is pretty well optimized and super sampling seems to be the only thing to really influence the framerate by a large margin. On my rig it ranges from 30-40 ish (high) to 50-70ish (medium) to 80-150ish (low), with everything else on max.

Make sure ya have HW antialiasing off, even if everything else is maxed. I don't recall the specifics, but I think Madoc said it does not need to be turned on for most people.
