Possible Helm Bug (0.6.1.3e Beta)

Quick note. That helm (you know the one I'm talking about) seems to fail to function under certain circumstances, possibly related to equipping weapons and/or the torch.

Not sure what sparked it off as I only noticed it on a particular Story run I did recently, never noticed this issue before. Haven't got time to test it myself (yet) as I'm in the middle of something else right now. Would be great if others could fiddle with this to check if all is working as intended, otherwise I'll have a proper look myself in a few days.

I had the same issue. unequipped both the torch and the helm, and then reequipped the helm, seemed to fix the problem.

Perhaps it has to do with the player character creating two sources of light?

That would make sense. also, since the helm functions in low-light conditions, it wouldn't activate while the torch was equipped. maybe the bug prevents it from re-activating after you put the torch away.
