You'll get the patch in a polished state, not the early beta version.

For the last three beta patches it wasn't more than a week before they went live on Steam. There is still some polishing that needs done but I highly doubt it'll be a month.

It entails that it is in the final stage of testing and once most bugs are fixed it will be released.
Haven't found serious bugs and its pretty stable so doubt it will be long.
