Dissapearing chain coif?

I'm not sure of this was intentional but when I wear adept level helms the chain coif disappears from around the neck. This sucks because that is the only reason I wear a coif, so my neck does not get slashed.

If it is intentional, please make leather/steel/chain neck guards. I think they are called gorgetts?

Theres been cliping issues with chain coiff, probably is that? Can you post it?
