I got busy moving into my own place and was just browsing kickstarter the about a week ago and saw that I was supposed to have gotten a steam key. I sent a message on kickstarter and didn't see anything back. any ideas?

Can you log into your account page? You should have access to a direct download on that page and it should also show your Steam key. If you cannot log in to that page then send an email to [email protected] using the email address used to back the game on Kickstarter and let them know that you can't log in to your account. You might also try selecting the "Lost Password" button on the account page which should allow you to reset the PW and log in.
