Physical attributes and effects on combat

I've seen a lot of speculations on what the 4 attributes do, I figured I'd post my observations here so we can all compare notes and get a better understanding of the character creation mechanics.

Based on my tests:
- Strong characters swing fast but recover slow after a miss
- Big Characters can take more punishment, but tend to lose balance
- Conversely, lean characters have better balance, and weak characters lower recovery times
- Taller characters can get head hits in easier and swing slightly harder, but smaller characters have lower mass and therefor better balance and a generally smaller target

Of course these observations are all subject to personal bias and could be horribly wrong, but if we all come to similar conclusions...

My most successful characters, personally, are average height, and about 3/4 in towards the Small/Muscled corner. They hit pretty hard and stay balanced, so when I miss or get blocked I can react quickly and back out or give my opponent a hug even with some encumbrance on.

I don't suppose anyone's poked around the code to find out the formulas and values being adjusted?
