The updates are currently available in the beta branch and well...marketing isn't the objective of the team because they aren't looking to make money out of this but build a game the way they wanted to but I do agree, updating the steam page would be nice
I recommend you join the discord server and see that the appeal hasn't dwindled and we are waiting for each and every update with great joy (and sorrow, because we will end up suffering more).
