I'm almost certain that the AI does this to chain multiple remise strikes. I've actually been able to replicate this as well. I might upload a video if I have the time.

Yeah that players pretty good, almost as good as me Just kidding, I tried doing the feinting thing like that player did but it didn't work out too well I should've probably practiced feinting on the training dummies first!

Moving camera around is considered a noob way of playing. All good players dont do it.
