Alternate control schemes.

I recently considered the possibility for Razor Hydra support for this game and wondered if it would be possible. The motion support would obviously be used for combat, and I wonder how effective it would be. If the player controls the hands and feet (hands with motion, joystick replacing the normal WASD), will the physics/animation system be able to fill in the rest of the movement? Also, I've been under the impression that the current viewing perspective is mainly due to the control scheme. First person would obviously make you dizzy with the dynamic movement, but over the shoulder/third person's only drawback (as far as I can see) are their affects on the control scheme. So, another question, providing there was an alternative control scheme introduced, would the player be able to take up a different perspective?

I read through some of the dev comments made on the Kickstarter page in the comments section and there it was mentioned that they were considering controller support as an alternate control scheme.

As for playing the game from different POV that's already been discussed and it won't be happening since it would be too complicated requiring a lot of redesigns and wouldn't bring much if any benefits. That's mostly for first person view though, as far as 3rd person goes I guess if you zoom in close enough it counts as 3rd person to a point.
