Are these forums the best way to engage?

My instinct was to look for a Discord, but all the links I found were expired.

I just discovered Exanima last night. Have since learned how long it's been in development.SoI wondered where the devs are engaging, if at all.

The link on the forum for the Discord should be curent I believe, it takes me to the discord at least. There's a button on the upper right hand of this page. The devs and community are highly active there, these forums are really more just to follow the development notes and for noobies to complain into when they suck at the game

Aha! Figured it out. Discord want handling the invite links properly in iOS.
