[Bug] Crude Comb (possible minor spoiler)

there is a crude comb to find in level 4, but instead of something comb-like it some purple square.
This might be intended, though i think this is due to a missing model/texture

First time I encountered it it was also a purple square. The next time I booted the game it had normal textures.
