Old Save Results in Unavoidable Death

So I tried loading up my old save to play the new update and I've run into a bit of a problem. My character is back on the first level, and when I go through the exit door the second level doesn't load. My character just spawns in a void and falls to her death.

I have all three floors completely cleared and I don't want to have to redo it all. Anyone else run into this problem? Any way to fix it?

Due to the massive amount of changes it is best to start a new character if you're having issues with an old save file. Madoc tries his best to prevent making players do this but sometimes it can't be avoided.

Great! Because I've been having the same problem in this area with any save--old or new.

Yep, patch just went live and the issue is fixed!

Time to see where that portal leads...
