sui generis campaign editor

when sui generis is finally released, will there be an included campaign/level editor? custom campaigns and stories would only add more good features to an already probably flawless game. it just seems like dev tools that complex would only go to waste after the game hits its final build.
have the devs said anything about this feature at all?

We will do whatever we can to make this possible but we're not yet comfortable with promising a complete modding solution. Some of the more advanced features currently require significant technical knowledge and providing a broad user friendly experience could prove challenging. Please consider that our resources are limited.
