Music Policy for YT?

Hello, I was wondering what the policy is about using the OST in non-Exanima YT videos.
I found this quote from Bethain in the thread "Examina OST Preview":

...happy to send you a copy of that term'd track if you want. Though beware, use it anywhere for monetary gain without my permission and I'll be sending you naked to the underworld with no torch! I might sue you too but who knows

So I assume non-monetized, non-commercial w/ credit in description ("<Song Title> by Bethain, from Exanima by Bare Mettle"; <website/Steam store link>) is OK. But it's been 5 years since that quote, so I just wanted to make sure.
