Loot thread.......

I just checked and I assure, the red lamellar is indeed in the game. The Bare Mettle logo changed to red after I TOTALLY defeated everyone on the two arenas naked, with a torch, 3 times in a row.

Picture as a proof, just took it.

That look like a texture error, i almost sure that lamelar vest should be always gray. The fact that the BM logo shows red is not a good signal either, i think it means you do not meet some minimum requirements. What openGL version shows the game log?

How do you get the torch into the expert arena? I don't see it in the picture.

The first part was a throwback to old game myths, don't worry about it, hahaha.
As for the openGL version, how do I check it?
Pardon me, quite the new pc gamer here.
I believe you're probably talking about the OpenAL32.dll?

Edit: As for the equipment on the picture, I just booted the game and defeated the lamellar guy on the arena. Decided to post here after a friend of mine mentioned the thread and how my lamellar looked odd.

Personally, I like it better that way. Lacquer paints or anodizing could both be valid technique, as I believe Japan had the paints in that time frame of history, and obviously earlier in the world there was power of some sort produced beyond historical medieval times. The random still working glow lights are proof of this (AKA WOT reference as well, glow rods, power lances from an earlier pre cataclysmic time).

So I'll keep the red. It looks cool and could have existed. :p

Myth uh? yeah to beat both arenas completely naked and with a torch only is certainly a challenge.

That's why i use two :)

G-God, is that you?
And on a side note, my mouse just broke, I can't get to the lamellar guy using the mousepad :/
When I get another mouse this wednesday, I'll post the .log.

How did you get two torches?
1.Kill the first guy in the arena
2.Go and pick up the torch from the upper corner of the room
3.Put it in your inventory
4.Hit next fight
5.Kill the second guy
6.Repeat step 2
7.Equip the two torches

Now one torch should be held like a sword and the other should be in torch mode.Too bad you cant actually duall wield them, its just a trick.

That doesn't work for me, Whenever I take the torch off the wall it stays off the wall, even when i go to the next fight

Alas, I have returned, with a new and terrible improved mouse.
As for the .log, it's here (hopefully, please be gentle)

Version: V 0.5.2
System: 4 CPU cores detected.
System: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400
System: OpenGL version 4.2.0 - Build 10.18.10.3355
System: Max texture units: 16
Audio Device: OpenAL Soft

Duping torches is fun annoying weird though.
You can break lighting for the whole game.
I did this run and lighting was blinking or making boxes everywhere.
'twas seizure inducing.
